No, don't give me that look - you may think I have some sort of bias against her and I want to make you all hate her to death or something along those lines. Well, no, it's not the case, and it's not just some sort of personal opinion based on seeing all her movies and hating them (which incidentally is true, but that's not the point here) - it seems that success has either made Keira too arrogant or too scared and she's constantly messing things up now, so much in fact hat she's driving people around her completely mad.
It seems that darling Keira was not mistaken when she referred to herself as a "moody b*****d" a few weeks ago. At the moment, she is filming "The Duchess", a movie about the 18th Century aristocrat Georgiana Cavendish, an ancestor of Princess Diana, and in the process of bringing to life yet another aristocrat, she infuriated the rest of the cast and the crew when she failed to get a scene right. You may think that's not too big, but they reportedly had to do about 17 takes of one single scene and still didn't get it right.
"Keira was clearly having a tough day", says a source. "She was filming a very simple two-line scene, but she just couldn't get it right and the director finally gave up in despair". Yes, well, I think they should start a little club with all the people in this world who have felt desperate around Keira. Although now that I think about it, it might not be such a small crowd in the end - but we have to give her the benefit of the doubt.
"The scene involved her walking down some stairs and sitting with another character. Keira had to whisper something to him, down a drink and leave, but she just couldn't get it. She struggled to express the conspiracy between the two that the director wanted. It was very frustrating", the source explains further. And what a surprise - despite being the one doing the messing up, Keira was the one being moody and acting as if everyone in this world is her deadly enemy.
"Keira was very moody between takes. She squatted on the floor and stayed there sulking until she was brought a special chair", the source adds. Well, not surprisingly - but let me tell you this: the day Keira stops acting like the diva that she's not and people start saying nice things about her, you should probably put on some warm clothes, 'cause Hell certainly froze over.
