Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been trying to have a second baby for almost 9 months now, but fertility experts have already warned the couple they should brace for the possibility they might not be able to have any more. Kim’s fertility issues will be a big plotline on season 10 of the family reality show.

Because, really, what is a Kardashian problem if it’s not aired on the E!-produced reality show Keeping Up with the Kardashians, for the world to see?

On the season finale of Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons, a first trailer for season 10 of KUWTK premiered, promising pregnancy news, lots of family drama and fighting, crying fits and new beginnings.

Kim and Kanye might be / are trying to get pregnant

You can see the entire trailer embedded below. It could be just the way it’s edited, but there’s a clear hint in it that Kim might be pregnant already with baby no. 2. If she is, she’s doing a terrific job at hiding it, because these scenes were shot some time ago and she’s not showing the slightest trace of a baby bump.

Even assuming the footage is edited in a misleading way, that much is certain: she and Kanye are desperate for another baby, and they’ve been working at getting pregnant, including getting down and dirty in a bathroom during a photoshoot.

“We want to see another pregnancy some time soon,” a male voice is heard saying at some point, as Kim is lying on a table getting an ultrasound. The next image is of a tray with pregnancy tests and Khloe’s surprised reaction to seeing that one of them confirms the pregnancy.

More family drama

The trailer also includes footage promising the kind of drama we’ve come to expect from the Kardashian klan: apparently, Kim is furious at younger sister Kendall Jenner, saying she doesn’t want to buy her a new pair of shoes because she “bought her a [expletive]-ing career.”

So much for Kendall’s interviews in which she claimed she made it big in modeling “on her own,” without using her family name.

Then, Kim confronts step-dad Bruce Jenner about reports that he’s dating his mother’s best friend and personal assistant, after they decided to end their 23-year marriage. Bruce says he’s not dating anyone – and footage seems to confirm that, by showing him spending more time with his sons from his previous marriage.

As always, Scott Disick did something bad behind Kourtney’s back, wiring money to himself from one account to another, and buying even more expensive cars he doesn’t really need. When Scott and Kourtney aren’t fighting, he’s shown helping her do a bit of maintenance work on her bodily hair.

Khloe fights a lot with rapper French Montana over the phone (they’ve broken up since), and he asks for a gift he gave her back. Like a true gentleman.

The trailer ends with Khloe collapsing on the side of the road, crying on the phone that this is “not [expletive]-ing fair!,” whatever this “it” might be.

Season 10 of Keeping Up with the Kardashians premieres in spring.
