In other words, yes, the whole thing will be shown on the series, just like the wedding planning will also be.

Since Kanye started dating Kim Kardashian but particularly after she became pregnant and a mom, both have been saying how all these experiences have changed them, making them want, Kim in particular, a much more low-profile life.
The irony is that, while they’re saying these things, they’re more than ever present in the media. When they’re not, Kim, Kris Jenner and the E! producers make sure they are, through the family reality show.
So, the teaser officially confirms that the proposal will be included on the show. The wedding planning probably will also get plenty of screentime because, let’s be honest here, dating Kanye was the best thing that could have happened to Kim from a PR point of view, especially after the backlash for her 72-day marriage to Kris Humphries.
