Gamers will have an extra reason to eagerly await for the PlayStation 3 launch as Armored Core 4 will be released on PS3 and Xbox 360 in spring 2007. FromSoftware will be the games'
publisher worldwide, except North America where the game will be supported by Sega.
Scott A. Steinberg, Vice President of Marketing for SEGA America is confident that will satisfy the game's dedicated audience and will manage to attract new fans.

Armored Core 4 fans in Japan will be able to enjoy the game sooner that everyone as the game is scheduled to hit Japanese stores in December 2006.

At a first glance, Armored Core 4, the game seemed more action oriented than previous versions, which is a good thing for players who like to have a more hands-on approach on game. The press was not satisfied with the Armored Core 4's demo presented recently in TGS, but one can't judge a game by a single stage of play.

The Armored Core series is popular among third-person shooter fans, who like to have control over a large mecha called Armored Core. An interesting feature is that the AC has to be built by players from parts, found in shops, missions or received as bonuses for fulfilling certain missions.
