Keep Your Business Diary Organized

One of the best organizing solutions offered for those businessmen on the go was launched a while ago by Spb Software. Spb Diary is a powerful Today plug-in that integrates with all well-known PIM applications such as Pocket Outlook, Agenda Fusion and Pocket Informant and is fully compatible with Calendar, Tasks, Contacts, Notes, Messages and Special Events features. This means that almost all actions can be easily preformed from the Today screen, thus limiting the time you need to access certain features of your Pocket PC.

After installing the Spb Diary application, your Today screen will be updated with the one offered by the new installed software. The appearance and various options and settings of the plug-in can be customized. Opening the app will enable you to make adjustments and organize your meetings, tasks, alarms and others. The Calendar tab can show your appointments, tasks, messages, birthdays, anniversaries, financial data, all grouped by day and filtered.

The Tasks tab will simply list your tasks, which can be sorted or grouped by using various filters: category, completion state, due date, priority, sensitivity, start date. The Contacts tab is a real pleasure to browse, as it will display your contacts as small photos, in case you already attached pictures to your contacts. If not, they will simply show as a phonebook, but can be grouped and filtered as you wish.


The last three tabs are Notes, Messages and Special Events. The first will show your text notes and it supports various formats: Pocket Word files, PhatNotes files. These can also be sorted and grouped by taking into consideration the date and time of creation or size. The second tab shows all your email, SMS and MMS messages, grouped and filtered as well. By tapping on a message you will be able to preview, delete, edit or reply to it. The last tab, Special Events, is the place where you can fill in all your contacts' birthdays and anniversaries, so you can quickly overview them.
