A little while back, 'Matrix' star was opening up to the world, saying that he was alone and lonely but seriously considering settling down for once and for all. He even bought himself a house and started working on it just with this purpose in view.
Either inspired by the romantic atmosphere that reigned on the set on his latest movie with Sandra Bullock, 'Lake House', or by the fact that the renovation of the new home is going extremely well, Keanu finally took the big step and proposed to his girlfriend, Claire Forlani, whom he has been dating for three years.
Apparently, he was indeed very decided to move on, get married and have kids. The man means business!
The proposal went down at the new Hollywood restaurant Cut and Claire happily agreed. The nuptials are to take place at the end of next year at Keanu's new house in Hollywood Hills.
