Pop star Ke$ha has completed her second album, only 10 months after the release of the debut “Animal.” “Cannibal” is out on November 22 and already has a leading single, “We R Who We R.”

Speaking with Entertainment Weekly, Ke$ha says she simply couldn’t be idle when she still has so much to say – thus, the need to go back to the studio to record.

Thus, “Cannibal” was born, an album that brings 9 entirely new tracks (“We R Who We R” included) and a remixes of “Animal,” the first single off her previous release.

“I don’t want to go away!” Ke$ha says of her refusal to take a break after making “Animal” and heading back straight to the recording studio.

“I feel like I’m creating this hopefully very youthful and irreverent movement of the kids, of like adolescence,” the star says of her music and the impact it had so far on the pop scene.

“I feel like the parents don’t get it, but the kids get it. And they deserve to have more good, positive music,” she adds.

Speaking of being positive, this is precisely what “We R Who We R” is all about, as Ke$ha started working on it in the wake of the teen suicides wave caused by bullying.

The message is crystal clear: we must all embrace who we are because it’s not bad to be different – on the contrary actually, it’s the best thing that could happen.

“I wanted to inspire people to be themselves. It’s a celebration of any sort of quirks or eccentricities,” the singer says of her most recent single.

As for the album as a whole, Ke$ha describes it as “fun as [hell],” saying she couldn’t wait to have it out to her fans.

Those who are new to Ke$ha’s music should be happy to hear that “Cannibal” is receiving the deluxe treatment, with the brand new album coming repackaged in a special edition called “Animal + Cannibal,” two albums into one.

Fans who already have her first album will also be able to buy the nine tracks individually, or “Cannibal” only.
