Katy Perry Releases Acoustic Version of 'The One that Got Away'

Katy Perry has just released another version of her chart-topping single “The One that Got Away,” off her album “Teenage Dream.” This is the second remix so far.

“The One that Got Away,” which sees her singing about a love long lost and a life of regret, is her sixth top-five single from the same album, so it's no wonder she thought of re-releasing it.

The fact that the softer, more personal, acoustic version comes hot on the heels of her divorce from Russell Brand will only help sales, no doubt about it.

The other remix of the single is a collaboration with B.o.B., which differs from the original only in the sense that it included a few new lyrics.
