Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, stars of “The Twilight Saga,” are broken up again and, this time, it might be for good. Following reports that he dumped her on his birthday come rumors that Katy Perry might have also been involved “somehow” in the split.

This isn’t the first time that Katy and Robert are romantically linked in the press; as a matter of fact, word got out in back in August that they were dating but not exclusively.

As it turns out, they might be giving it another go, according to E! News.

“Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson broke up Saturday, and a source tells E! News that Katy Perry ‘played a role, as one of many reasons’ in the couple's recent split,” the celebrity publication writes.

The biggest reason for the split though was Kristen’s cheating with Rupert Sanders, the married director of “Snow White and the Huntsman,” the report argues.

Admittedly, at first, Pattinson thought he could forgive and forget but, in time, he realized that he could simply not overlook the fact that she’d been caught making out with another man, while still with him.

He may have tried to find solace in Katy’s arms, the report says.

“Katy, Rob and Kristen have been friends for a long time. In fact, the ‘Wide Awake’ singer was expected to attend Rob's 27th birthday party last Monday night at Kristen's house. And just a week before that, Rob and Katy were spotted leaving the Met Gala in NYC together,” E! writes.

Whether Pattinson is moving on from Kristen with Katy or not, he’s definitely moving on.

“R.Pattz was spotted Monday moving out of Kristen's home in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles,” E! says.

That would mean they’re off for good but, as some fans may remember, this too has happened before and they still got back together.
