Katie Price Goes Glamorous, Stylish for Wonderland

Katie Price, formerly known as Jordan, has literally made a name for herself for her outlandish taste in fashion and, most specifically, strong colors in striking combinations. Seeing her in Wonderland, one may be excused if one doesn’t know who she is at first.

Katie, who has made a fortune off her body and her willingness to put it on display, could almost pass by unnoticed in the latest spread if it weren’t for her long, greased-up legs.

As Closer magazine also notes, the photos are part of a special spread for the fifth anniversary of Wonderland magazine, a publication that would probably never put Price on its cover if she dressed like she usually does.

Instead, in these pictures, the glamour model is featured in baggy tops, short shorts and dirty trainers. She’s also greased-up, which makes the black and white shots truly stand out.

“Well, who’s this?” Closer asks. “It’s only glamour girl Katie Price, looking a million miles away from her usual self! For a start, her infamous assets are covered up and she’s wearing baggy, casual clothing – including a pair of Converse trainers!”

“But of course this makeover is for a photoshoot with trendy Wonderland magazine - somehow we can’t see Jordan getting rid of her garish technicolour wardrobe! Posing for the mag’s fifth birthday issue, KP got greased up and moody in these shots by top British fashion photographer Aitken Jolly,” Closer further notes.

The photospread also comes accompanied by an interview, in which the glamour girl and businesswoman candidly talks about anything and everything going on in her life.

Among the topics up for discussion are fame and fortune, her personal life and her recent decision of keeping a low profile in the media, which, so far, she succeeded in doing.

“We have to say we quite like it, but maybe that’s just because her usual saccharine sweet pink and glittery clobber gives us a headache. That said, Jordan all oiled-up and adorned with heavy chain necklaces is a little bit scary... Still, it’s a million times better than her crazy iPod outfit!” the same publication says.

The special 5th anniversary issue of Wonderland magazine with Katie Price goes on sale in the UK on September 9. Fans of Katie from the US will have to wait until September 30 to get their hands on a copy.
