14 DAY TRIAL // Katie Price's current marriage crisis is fit for a Shakespeare play: there's been treason among friends, adultery, pregnancies and infant children, as well as scandal and deceit. Now, the sage of Katie's current marriage to part-time exotic dancer Kieran Hayler is slowly winding down.
The Sun reports that Katie has now decided to give cheating Kieran the boot from her multi-million dollar mansion, leaving him out on the curb, but only after he admitted his adultery and begged for forgiveness.
A couple of weeks ago, Katie was ceremoniously announcing on Twitter that she and husband Kieran Hayler would be getting a divorce after she caught him cheating with her longtime best friend Jane Pountney and, meditating on her situation, she hasn't changed her mind, it would seem.
Up until now, Katie has allowed Kieran to live in her West Sussex home just for the sake of their 9-month-old son, Jett Riviera, but now the model has decided that he will have to leave. It should be noted at this point that Katie is pregnant with Kieran's second child.
A family friend has opened up about the standoff between Katie and Kieran and has described a scene in which the husband doesn't come out looking too good. The friend speaks of Kieran being humiliated into begging for forgiveness and then thrown out of the home, in spite of his admission of guilt.
Not only that, but Kieran has now been left penniless and was put to the shame of having to call his mother to pick him up, as he didn't even have a ride. “She made him beg for forgiveness in the most public way — proving his guilt — then threw it back in his face and kicked him out,” the friend has said.
Now that he has been found out, Kieran is willing to go to any lengths to save his marriage, but Katie doesn't want to hear any more of him, as she's made her decision on the divorce, and it sounds final.
Thinking he'd win extra points with his now estranged wife, Kieran has written to Jane, condemning the affair, calling it a “dirty, sleazy [expletive].” But not even that is likely to calm down Katie.
She has turned again to Twitter to express her sorrow at this delicate moment in her life and has acknowledged that her unborn baby is going to comfort her once he or she comes into the world, making it easier to forget about her failed marriage.
