Because the first time she got married to cagefighter Alex Reid, the ceremony took place in a rush in Las Vegas, Katie Price is looking to make the second time more memorable – both for her guests and for audiences at home, because the entire thing will be shot on film for a segment of her reality show. To prepare for the big day, Price has just acquired a new home, where the ceremony will take place, the Daily Mail informs.

The country home is valued at around £2 million, but the former glamour model turned all-time businesswoman is certain it’s an investment worth making. For one, says the British tab, she’ll arrange for the upcoming ceremony to take place on the new property and then will see with the media about which outlet is willing to pay big bucks for pictures and footage, it is being said. Then, of course, she will also include the ceremony in one of the upcoming episodes of her reality show.

“Clearly it’s all about the bigger the better for Katie Price. Not one to settle for a cosy little love-nest for her and Alex Reid, the glamour model has just splashed out £2 million on a huge country pile instead. And one way of getting her money’s worth – or even back – is by using the new pad to televise their upcoming marriage blessing. Katie, 31, and Alex, 34, married in Las Vegas in February but are having another ceremony for friends and families in the UK next month,” the Mail reports.

“It was also reported that Price plans to build a swimming pool in the home’s grounds for her eight-year-old son Harvey. The house boasts a drawing room, dining room, family room, cloakroom and triple garage. There is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and five smaller bedrooms, also with their own adjoining bathrooms. For Price the horse-lover, there are stables and plenty of facilities for grooming and caring for her animals, as well as a number of post and railed home paddocks and meadows,” the publication further writes.

Friends of the couple also confirm for several other British tabs that, indeed, Katie and Alex have decided to move to the West Sussex property, which also comes with 53 acres of land, days before the ceremony. They plan to remain there afterwards and call it “home,” spies reveal as per the same source.
