Katie Holmes Wants to Make Sure You Know She Loves Tom CruiseAnd 'Harper's Bazaar' is just the place to do that. |

Wow! Talk about a comeback! As if to spite all those foul-mouthed journalists who permanently write about the Cruise-Holmes marriage, putting it in a bad light and insinuating (more or less) that the young bride and mother is kept under lock and key by the all-powerful (but 'vertically challenged') Tom Cruise, Katie is speaking up in the upcoming edition of 'Harper's Bazaar'.
Since their fancy Italian nuptials, Katie has kept her lips sealed as to her married life. As a matter of fact, the only time that she spoke about her relationship with Tom in more detail was when 'Vanity Fair' magazine published her daughter's, Suri, first photos. At the time, the actress said that her life has been like heaven and hell simultaneously: heaven because she had everything she could ever want, and hell because the media wouldn't back off her and Tom.
In this sense, the next issue of 'Harper's Bazaar' will bring nothing that we haven't already heard at least a hundred times from different sources. Katie is still happy that she met Tom, because that was the moment when her entire life changed completely and she realized that she can do almost anything that she sets her mind to. 'I felt so proud to be having a baby and so excited. And I felt closer to other women - to my sisters, to my mom. I felt empowered, like, "I've given birth. I did it! There's nothing I can't handle."', she explains.
Another thing we also knew and on which Katie likes to insist (a lot!) is that what she and Tom have was love at first sight. 'I was in love from the moment that I shook his hand for the first time. I feel very lucky. I have a husband and children that I adore. I have a career that I really love. When I sit back and reflect, it's - wow! I am very grateful. Tom makes me feel like the most beautiful woman in the world and has since the day I met him. I love being with him. I love calling him husband', Katie says.
Of course, these are not words that will make the tabloids suddenly go silent. Many still say that she has been put up to this by Tom himself... after he hypnotized her, of course! Leaving all this aside, because she is obviously one lucky and very happy woman, we feel obliged to compliment Katie on her looks, too. Rumor has it that her new best friend, Victoria Beckham, was there to hold her hand throughout the entire photo shoot, giving her tips as to what to wear and how to pose.
So, indirectly, we also have to congratulate Posh for making the former 'Dawson's Creek' look so good and glamorous. Also, thank God she didn't start insulting poor Katie to teach her how to pout her lips!
