Kathie Lee and Hoda have been (more or less) sober for an entire month. Following the booze-free month challenge from the publication Ladies’ Home Journal, the two have been staying off the booze on their morning show.

But all that is over now.

Below is a video of the “ordeal” these two had to go through, which included sipping only on virgin cocktails (“mocktails”) and the occasional glass of milk or even water. Yuck!

“To celebrate, the ladies are putting on the Winesday Wednesday to end them all. They're leaping off the wagon and on to a party bus. Exactly what do they have planned? Well, you'll just have to tune in to find out!” a post on the official website reads.

“Are you ready? The ladies sure are,” the same post adds.

Kathie Lee and Hoda are unashamed about the large quantities of alcohol they ingest while hosting the show but, even so, this Dry Month challenge must still have been a bit fun for them as well.

I will never again tune in to the Kathi Lee and Hoda show. I like them, but the booze at 10:00 a.m. is just a way to sell booze on tv. Americans should know better. Every day there are murders because of booze, traffic homicides because of booze, theft, burglary, rape because of booze, and TV should not glorify booze, as NBC does with this show. Good-bye, NBC. Getting tired of all your morning programming, except Kelly and Michael.

These two are so boring it's pathetic.....Just what you want to watch on t.v., a couple of alcoholics getting a morning buzz in order to function. Send Kathy Lee out to pasture and watch the ratings soar. You get tired of watching a train wreck after a while.

Very early drinking in my opinion.

I am a recovering alcoholic, and I think they are sending the wrong message to women by drinking every morning on their show. It makes it look like it's okay, when many women are vulnerable to the effects of alcohol. No one knows if it's going to be okay for them or not.

i think these two alcohalics should be taken off of tv,nobody needs to promote alcoholism on daytime tv.

I sure hope they enjoy the wine!! I'll toast a beer to them!!

Wow... Don't watch them. So GLAD to say, I don't watch them.

Lushes in the morning? What a treat *cough*.

As I grew up, my mom would say to me: "there is nothing uglier than a drunk woman." I thought it was the goofiest thing I had ever heard. But, darned if she wasn't right. Really? That's what goes for entertainment? One more reason I thank GOD that I have a job and don't have to sit home watching THIS drivel.

What a disappointment in new orleans' beloved Hoda. You are certainly no longer a role model for anyone. Ditto Kathie Lee although you were never a role model.

I agree what is this sending to kids that are home or anyone for that matter....Lets see, get up,go to studio, drink while getting ready,go on air,Drink some more....To be honest I thought, and maybe I'm way off on this, but I thought Kathy Lee wa such a prude on Regis Liive. Also I never heard of Hoda shows how much i watch the tube....I must say though that Kelly and Michael are a refreshing duo that can really perk up the day. When I watch them I really feel good and the day is Great. I decided to watch this Today show and in 5 minutes I turned TV off. Really do they ever watch the show? Guess not.

Amazing that two drunks get paid tons of money for sending the message by their actions on TV to millions of people that watch that drinking to excess is OK! AA ladies NOW! Shame on the network for allowing this.

Their drinking is exactly why I quit watching their show. Entirely too much alcohol. If I had known they were going sober for one month I would have watched it. They are just a couple of lushes that drink way too much way too early.

I love them, they are funny and they say what most of us are thinking! Kathie Lee is good with Hoda (love Hoda) .... Some of the drinking thing is an act. Get over yourselves people.

They are a disgrace. I refuse to watch that show because of those two. They are the reason the shows ratings have dropped... not Ann Curry

What is wrong with the producers and sponsers for producing this show or any other shows that airs on daytime TV, promoting alcohol. If they are suppose to be role models they have screwed up. Today was disgusting showing their drinking wine and then doing"Everyone Has A Story" which was a beautiful story. Have a cup of coffee or tea with out the booze.

They need to be healthy role models and encouraging alcohol on national t.v.

If either of these women have ever lived with an alcoholic, they would never condone drinking. I quit watching when I saw a mother's video of her two very young daughters drinking juice from wine glasses. I understood the girls wanted to be like Kathie Lee and Hoda. I feel certain if a study was done, whether alcohol or illegal drugs ruined more families, the two would be close or alcohol might be ahead.

There is nothing OK about drinking every morning at 10am. No excuse will do. For that reason, I don't watch them.

I think it is disgusting for Hoda and Kathie Lee to advertise that drinking is ok,but you better not light up a cigarette. What does this tell the kids.I will no longer watch any more of the show where these two are on.
