In an interview of a few years ago, when she was still married to Sam Mendes, actress Kate Winslet said she’d love at least one or two more children. Her rep has just confirmed to People magazine that she’s pregnant again.

In the meantime, Kate has divorced Mendes and remarried. She and Ned Rocknroll, the nephew of Virgin billionaire Richard Branson, tied the knot in December 2012 and are now getting ready to become parents.

“The Titanic actress, 37, and her husband Ned Rocknroll are expecting their first child together, PEOPLE has confirmed with her rep exclusively,” People magazine writes.

“Kate and Ned are delighted,” the publicist stresses.

While this is Ned’s first child, Kate has two more from her previous two marriages, Mia 12, with ex-husband Jim Threapleton, and Joe, 9, with Mendes.

Kate started dating Ned in the fall of 2011, after bonding during a holiday on Branson’s island, which, incidentally, ended when a terrible fire engulfed his house but she risked her own life to get his sick mother out, to safety.

They were married in a very private ceremony a little over a year later, with reports online saying it was her “Titanic” costar and good friend Leonardo DiCaprio who gave her away at the altar.

In a recent interview, Kate refused to talk openly about the new man in her life, but she did go a bit into the details of her divorce from Mendes – only in terms of how it changed her as an artist.

“I’ve really learnt a great deal about myself, in the last four years in particular. I think I can see more clearly now – about how the pattern of past experiences has shaped who I am, and the characters I have played – and I’m grateful for that,” she said, as we also reported at the time.

All these experiences would help her play certain characters in a much more convincing manner, she explained.
