Supermodel Kate Moss could be in danger, as a journalist obsessed with her is being hunted by the Police.
Peter Braunstein, that's the stalker's name. He had previously worked for Village Voice and recently shocked New York by assaulting a former colleague for 13 hours. He got into her apartment using fire bombs, knocked her with chloroform, then stripped and tied her to a chair.
Police is currently searching for him. Officers have expressed concern that Kate Moss might be targeted. The supermodel has just arrived in New York last week, after finishing her first modeling assignment since out of rehab. A stalker is by no means something she could cope with right-now.
Peter Braunstein had written an article in 2003, entitled "Stalking Kate", in which he described how he got obsessed with the supermodel back in 1992.
If one just reads one of his declarations, easily understands why the police and friend fear for Kate's safety:
"There will never be a 'next Kate' for a simple reason: Kate is always the 'next Kate'."
