Kate Moss Cancels Truth Revealing Book

Following the scandal in which the model was involved because of drug allegations, Moss signed a $1 million contract for a book in which she was to reveal the hidden aspects of her lifestyle.

The book was supposed to cover the drug scandal, but also her relationship to Britain's bad-ass rocker Pete Doherty and its purpose was that of relaunching her career as a model.

Fortunately, the Scotland Yard police decided not to press charges (on a mere technicality, we might as well add) and Kate suddenly changed her mind about going public with her personal life. Plus, out of the woods now, she was offered a modeling contract for the sum of $11 million so there's no need to jumpstart her career.

A public relations expert commented on Moss's decision in the following terms: 'She is perceived to have cleaned up her act, so she can save the memoirs for a rainy day when she needs to re-invent herself'. It's always good to have something up your sleeve... just in case.
