Shortly after Kate Middleton and Prince William’s highly mediated wedding, women would pay their life’s savings to go under the knife and get a posterior like Pippa Middleton’s. Today, ladies in NYC are turning to Kate for inspiration.

They’re turning to Kate’s face, more precisely, as a new report in the New York Daily News notes.

Apparently, getting the Duchess’ perky nose is the latest thing to do if you have the finances. It is officially “spring’s hottest accessory,” or so do plastic surgeons and the women they operate on say.

If you want to look like a princess, start with the nose, the latter say.

“I love the shape and size of Kate Middleton’s nose and just knew I had to have it,” Brianna Diaz, a 26-year-old office manager, says for the publication.

She will be going under the knife in two weeks’ time and, as you can easily imagine, she’s totally psyched she’s getting to see her dream come true.

“I saw her nose a little while ago and now it is a huge thing for me, like an obsession and I just want to get it done,” Diaz adds.

She’s not the only one to think that way: Dr. Thomas Romo, director of facial plastic surgery at Lenox Hill Hospital on the upper East Side, says more and more women are coming into his office asking for a nose like Kate’s.

They actually bring him pictures of Kate’s face from all sides, to get it just right. So far, Dr. Romo believes he’s already done about 100 procedures – at $10,000-$12,000 (€7,682-€9,218) a pop.

Dr. Stephen T. Greenberg from Manhattan, says he’ll be giving the Kate Middleton nose to 20 of his patients next month.

“It has become so popular that we have made a file of a dozen Kate Middleton pictures to show patients when they come in for their consultation,” he says.
