Earlier this week, one particular rumor said that Kate Middleton and Prince William had already decided on what to name their unborn daughter. However, one Palace insider insists that they are yet to come to a decision in this regard.

According to unnamed sources talking to the tab, the royal couple would name the royal baby (which is to be a baby girl, according to other reports in the British media), Elizabeth Diana Carole.

Not so fast, says another source for E! Online.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are yet to pick a name but, even assuming they already did, they would not share it with someone who would rush to the media to spill the beans the very next minute. Makes sense.

"Nobody knows what William and Kate are calling their baby or even if they have decided on a name,” the Palace source shares for the celebrity publication under the condition of anonymity.

“They are being very careful to keep everything to themselves. The duke and duchess are taking their privacy very seriously. They are not speaking to anyone about these private matters,” adds the insider.

Another source reveals that, on the bright side, Kate is “feeling great” after the first rough couple of weeks of the pregnancy, when her condition got so serious she even had to be admitted to the hospital for observation.

“She's continuing to feel much better as time goes on. Naturally, she's very excited about being a mum,” the tipster shares.

As noted above, it is widely believe that Kate and William are expecting a girl because of something the expectant mommy said during a recent press appearance.

When someone handed her a giant stuffed teddy bear, Kate thanked them and then said something along the lines of “This is for my d…,” which got many thinking she was about to say “daughter.”

The fact that Kate became instantly flustered, as if she’d given away a secret she should have kept under wraps, only helped to strengthen that impression.
