14 DAY TRIAL // Critics have often pointed out that Kate Hudson is cutting the branch under her own feet by doing too many rom-coms. However, chances are high that “A Little Bit of Heaven” will be different.
In the film, which just got a brand new trailer to promote its May 4 release, Hudson plays an irreverent young woman who finds out she has cancer.
At the same time, she also falls in love for the first time, in what the trailer would have us believe is like a second chance for her.
“A Little Bit of Heaven” also stars the always adorable (and very talented) Gael Garcia Bernal as her doctor / love interest, Whoopi Goldberg as an angel and Peter Dinklage as a male escort whose name holds the key for the title.
