After giving birth to no less than 8 children, Kate Gosselin is in top shape and pictures taken on several outings to the beach can, of course, confirm that. Some believe plastic surgery may have more to do with Kate’s incredibly toned and fit body than she’s letting know – reportedly, she even underwent breast augmentation in early 2009, at her bodyguard’s recommendation, Us Magazine writes.

Because of tabloid reports, Kate often found herself in a position in which she had to deny a romantic affair with her bodyguard of 3 years, Steve Neild. Still, what she never denied was just how close they were, with sources telling the mag that he was her most trusted confidante and advisor. In fact, it was Steve who told her she should get implants and up her bust from a size 4 to a size 6, a piece of advice she gladly took.

“Mom of eight Kate Gosselin, 35, is rarely seen without her trusted bodyguard of three years, Steve Neild. During her recent run on Dancing with the Stars, a show source says, the New Zealander was ‘omnipresent on the set – at rehearsals, on the press line, everywhere!’ And now a source says in the new Us Weekly the married father of two not only drove Gosselin to the doctor when she got breast enhancements March 30, 2009, but even weighed in on what the result should be: ‘Kate was going to have one kind of breast augmentation, but she changed her mind after talking to Steve about what would look best’,” Us Magazine writes, citing a source well in the know.

“Multiple sources tell Us Weekkly the procedure – which can cost $10,000 – took place. Gosselin went from a size 4 shirt to a size 6 shirt. Asked about a boob job earlier this year, Gosselin responded, ‘Plastic surgery? Please. Who has time to even think about it, let alone do it?’” the same publication goes on to say. The only procedure that she doesn’t deny having done is a tummy tuck, which was even included in an episode of “Jon & Kate Plus 8” back in 2007.

In other Kate Gosselin news, the other day, rumors began to gain momentum that she was working on a brand new reality show, one based on “The Bachelorette,” which would see her looking for true love. Her rep has denied the report today, saying the only projects Kate is doing right now are the two reality shows for TLC.
