14 DAY TRIAL // She's denied repeatedly having more work done than a tummy tuck after giving birth, but nothing else but plastic surgery can explain Kate Gosselin's ever-changing face. Fresh reports suggest she's had even more work in recent months.
Mrs. Gosselin may be out of a job in reality programming, but that's not to say she's off the map completely. Quite on the contrary, actually.
Just recently, the reality star landed a job as a spokesperson for a coupon website and, as expected, her first day on the job was duly documented by the cameras.
According to Us Weekly, that was the first time Mrs. Gosselin debuted her “new” face. If she was obsessed with her looks before, she's twice so now that she believes she's losing ground to other reality stars.
“She’s consumed with her appearance,” a spy says for the aforementioned celebrity magazine. “Kate wants to look 10 years younger,” adds the insider.
Not only does Kate want to look younger, she's actually taken steps to ensure it happens.
“New York City plastic surgeon Jon Turk tells the new issue of Us Weekly that based on recent photos, it looks like Gosselin’s gone more extreme this time: A defined jawline and changed eye shape 'suggest a facelift',” Us writes.
Until now, Mrs. Gosselin has been keeping “fresh” with Botox, tanning sessions and fillers. In 2007 she got a tummy tuck and, two years later, implants.
For the sake of argument, the second photo attached to this article shows how Kate's face has been changing over the past few years, since she shot to international fame with her now-defunct TLC reality show.
On the other hand, other experts (who haven't treated and are not acquainted with Mrs. Gosselin) believe she didn't get a facelift but a fat transfer to make her skin more supple and fill in the lines, Hollywood News reports.
