Kate Gosselin once said that she’s probably the healthiest eater you could ever hope to meet, but that’s not to say that she doesn’t cheat too when it comes to losing weight fast. The latest issue of OK! Magazine comes with the promise for a quick fix for our weight-related problems and it’s all thanks to the reality star mother of eight, who managed to lose no less than 10 pounds in 10 days.

Before moving forward with this, one should note that health experts advise against any type of crash dieting: not only it is not healthy, but it’s not sustainable in the long run either. In order to lose weight and avoid the much-dreaded yo-yo effect (which means putting the weight back on and then some), losing 2 or 3 pounds each week is recommended – but it must be done the healthy way, meaning by eating right and working out.

However, should the situation demand it, you can always try Kate’s regime, especially now that’s open to the idea of sharing it with the world. “Mother of eight Kate Gosselin has her [hottest], most toned body at age 35 – and she’s feeling great about it! Granted, the preview says nothing of a crash diet but it’s not like one can shed so many pounds by consuming the recommended amount of daily calories or working out as before, it is being said.

Though Mrs. Gosselin once explained that her 8 children simply did not allow her enough “me time” to hit the gym or have a proper workout, in recent weeks, she’s been spotted working out outdoors more than ever before. Judging by the photos made available, it would seem that running is Kate’s favorite way to burn those extra calories.
