Kate Gosselin Begged Friends in E-mail to Vote for Her on DWTS

Try as she might, Kate Gosselin eventually fell out of favor with audiences and was voted off ABC’s Dancing With the Stars, as we were also reported a few hours ago. It wasn’t though until she made one final attempt at getting sympathy from the public by sending out an e-mail to all her friends asking them to spread the word that she needed votes really badly, Life & Style reports.

Somehow, the e-mail in question, ended up at the aforementioned publication and is now online for the entire world to see. In it, Kate is “BEGGING” all her friends to tell their friends and acquaintances that she needs their votes to stay on the show. She also explains that she had the hardest week so far and that so much bad stuff has been piling on that she lost all confidence that she’d make it on the show. Either the e-mail did not reach all those people in time (assuming it’s the real deal) or Kate was not meant to continue on the show, given she was booted.

“Dancing with the Stars may be the hottest show on primetime TV with 20 million viewers a night. But not many of them are phoning in for momster Kate Gosselin. While it’s no shocker her performances aren’t winning the hearts of America, Kate thinks some grassroots efforts from her friends will keep her in the competition for longer,” the weekly says in a preview of the article that will become available once the print issue is out.

“Life & Style’s SCENE QUEENS has obtained an email that Kate sent to her friends to call in and vote for her! In it, she pleads for friends to forward the email to at least ten people and asks for everyone to call in not once, not twice, but TEN times! ‘I am much less confident this week and am actually BEGGING you this week to vote to the max for Tony I via TEXTING, EMAIL, and PHONE’,” the publication further says.

As we also informed you only hours ago, all of Kate’s efforts were in vain: she and partner Tony Dovolani were voted off the competition. Her eyes brimming with tears, Kate thanked the fans for having helped her get this far in the first place – her dancing skills alone would have gotten her booted long ago.
