If blondes really do have more fun, actress Kate Beckinsale is about to find out: the star has had her chocolate brown locks bleached to a very sunny blonde, and then she hit the beach in a frilly two-piece swimsuit.
JustJared has the pictures of the actress at the beach with her family, showing off her incredibly toned body while enjoying some time in the sun.
Before that, she was spotted at LAX on Friday, which is also where she debuted her new look, while looking incredibly stylish in a maxi dress, a grey cardigan and large aviator sunglasses.
The next day, the British stunner was in Mexico for a little R&R with the family, JustJared says.
“Kate Beckinsale shows off her amazing body while vacationing in Mexico with husband Len Wiseman in Mexico on Saturday,” the celebrity e-zine writes.
“The 37-year-old actress wore a navy blue ruffled bikini and also sported her new blonde look while enjoying the sun poolside,” JustJared says.
However, fans who find Kate even more stunning with her blonde hair will have to accept that this is a look she won’t rock for much longer since in March this year she’ll return to the “Underworld” franchise.
Beckinsale was the lead in the first two “Underworld” films and then dropped out of the franchise. The third was done without her – and now she’s bound to return on the fourth, as we also
informed you in September last year.
As of now, there is little to go by in terms of what the fourth installment may be all about, but a report from November last year hinted that it may feature Beckinsale only in a couple of scenes.
Admittedly, the next “Underworld” film will focus on the daughter of Beckinsale’s character.
“After being held in a coma-like state for fifteen years, vampire Selene (Kate Beckinsale) learns that she has a fourteen-year-old vampire / Lycan hybrid daughter, Nissa, and when she finds her they must stop BioCom from creating super Lycans that will kill them all,” AceShowbiz wrote at the end of 2010, as we
