She's hinted before that her relationship with Jesse James fell apart because of his infidelity, but Kat Von D is now stating it out loud. From her latest Facebook essay, one might infer that he cheated on her with no less than 19 different women.

Speaking of the on-and-off relationship she had with Jesse – and that almost ended with a trip down the altar for them – Kat says she's learned a lot from the heartbreak, including that the entire world was right in warning her about Sandra Bullock's ex-husband.

“Today I encountered the 19th girl to add to the list of people Jesse cheated on me with during this last year,” Kat writes.

However, she's not taking to the social networking website to trash her ex, but to find some form of release by speaking to her fans about the experiences she's been through for the past 12 months.

“I kept going back and forth in my mind as to what the best way would be for me to release and let go of any residual feelings remaining from that toxic relationship. All of this may sound petty or immature to some, but I assure you this is coming from a place of pure honesty and love,” she writes.

The celebrity tattoo artist claims she hoped against all hope that Jesse James would prove different than what the tabloids say about him, but found out the hard way he was exactly as they painted him to be.

She also says she's learned a lot from the heartbreak but that she's immensely sorry she has to tell everybody they were right in warning her about Jesse – because she would have wanted a different life for him, she says.

“I think it just made me sad today to imagine him still in that dark place – where seeking validation through the attention of women takes precedence over being a good father, a sincere friend, a better coworker, and a happy individual,” Kat writes.

“I tried my best to go through all of this without venting, or complaining, or fueling more tabloid mumbo jumbo – but this isn’t about any of that. This is about me making peace with myself, and forgiving myself for making some bad mistakes,” she concludes.
