Kaspersky has recently launched a new testing campaign for the 2015 version of its anti-virus, thus making the first steps towards a new security product that’s expected to debut sometime this year.

Today, the security company has completed development of a new beta build that’s now up for grabs for all users, but it’s not yet clear what exactly has been improved in this version.

Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2015 15.0.0.298 Beta is most likely supposed to fix the first bugs found in the early builds of the application rolled out last week, so users who have already installed the beta version are strongly recommended to update to this fresh release as soon as possible.

The reason is as simple as it could be: if you’ve been experiencing issues, be they regarding performance, UI, features, or reliability, this new version of Kaspersky Anti-Virus should fix them, so chances are that you’re going to be provided with superior performance regardless of the Windows version powering your computer.

On the other hand, don’t forget that it’s still a beta build, so a number of bugs might still exist after updating.

Overall, this is quite a good chance to have a look into the feature lineup of the next stable build of the security app, so download Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2015 15.0.0.298 Beta to see what’s new.
