14 DAY TRIAL // The Independence Day Weekend wasn't such a happy and joyous occasion for Chris Brown, but then again, few things still work out for the singer, who's just fresh out of jail but has still got some cases pending that could see him return to a cell by the end of the year.
We find out from Radar that Brown might have been unceremoniously dumped by girlfriend Karrueche Tran right smack in the middle of Independence Day Weekend, which should be a reason for celebration.
The website claims that the news comes via an anonymous source, close to the couple. This source claims that the split came just after the two were spotted at the 1OAK's bash in Nobu Malibu, the same party that was attended by other celebrities, such as Robert Pattinson.
“Karrueche and Chris are done” confirmed the source who also added an update on the current situation of the former love birds, “They're not speaking [to each other].”
The reason for the split is still hard to identify, but it might have something to do with the fact that Chris made the bad decision to post a very revealing photo of his girlfriend on Instagram, one that showcased her best assets, if you can read between the lines.
The photo in question was posted last Friday, and it was a black and white shot, showing the young girl lying on her stomach while clad in nothing but revealing lingerie, leaving little (if anything) to the imagination.
Presumably, the photo was taken with her consent, because she appears to be smiling in the shot, but it wasn't meant to be released to the entire world, it was just for his eyes only. That would explain why he later deleted the photo, probably after Tran got wind of the fact that her derrière was now on social media, out for the entire world to see.
The source agrees with this theory when he says “she was was very upset by Chris' photo.” Unfortunately, the feud between these two is just beginning. Reports indicate that things did not end on a light note between them and that both Chris and Tran are now bitter towards one another.
For her part, Tran seemed reluctant to listen to any Chris Brown music when she attended a party at the Kia Motors Malibu Estate with her girlfriend Christina Milian. An eyewitness reveals that she was visibly upset when Brown's songs came on.
Later, she wrote a mysterious status on Instagram that could be linked to her recent split, “In the end, only three things matter: how much you loved, how gently you lived, and how gracefully you let go of things not meant for you.”
The next step was to delete all the photos with Chris Brown from her profile, erasing any memory he had of him. For his part, Brown did pretty much the same thing, and now his Instagram account no longer has any photos of Tran on it.
