Store defaced only hours before the opening

While Kim Kardashian is considered not only one of the most beautiful female celebrities of our times but also a genuine trendsetter in more ways than one (from clothes to her leading the way to a better body image by loving hers), it looks like the entire Kardashain clan is still to be accepted in the industry. Vandals have defaced Dash, a boutique the Kardashians were supposed to open within hours, as Khloe announced on her Twitter page.

As of now, the police do not know whether this was just a random act of gratuitous violence or whether the vandals were specifically targeting the Kardashians with so little time to go before the grand opening. The case continues to be under investigation, with the Kardashian girls reportedly heart-broken over the incident and yet uncertain of whether they should postpone the opening or not.

“I can’t believe someone would graffiti our new store!!! What mean people in the world!” Khloe writes on her Twitter page. According to paparazzi agency TMZ, the South Florida store that the Kardashain sisters have set up to be able to become financially independent and which will deal mostly in clothes and accessories (presumably designed by them), was “defaced” with the letters “GUK” sketched on a window frame.

As noted above, the police are still investigating but, should fans be burning to learn more details on this – and the possibly postponed opening –, they should know that the Kardashians are expected to make an announcement regarding both pretty soon. Chances are, though, that the opening will go on as scheduled since not much damage was done to the property and the odds of catching the perpetrators are actually very slim to none, it is being said.

Kim Kardashian, known for once being Paris Hilton’s best friend and the daughter of the late attorney who got O.J. Simpson to walk on a double homicide charge, is now focusing all her attention on a career in both television and fashion. In both endeavors she is accompanied by her sisters, but word in the industry has it she’ll be breaking free from them in almost no time, ready to make a name for herself on her own.
