Kanye West and Kim Kardashian Shoot Video for Music Debut

Earlier this month, word got out that reality star, fashion designer and socialite Kim Kardashian was also working on a music album, to further expand her list of accomplishments. She and Kanye West have just shot scenes for her first video.

Though Kim didn’t explicitly say she wanted to get into the music industry, confirmation about the album came from her good friend La La Vasquez. It seems thing are going according to plan.

Kanye’s involvement in the album or the first single is not known yet, but TMZ reports that he was on hand the other day to shoot scenes for the first music video for Kim.

In the end, it pays to have already established artists show support, regardless of how small it may be.

“Kanye West teamed up with Kim Kardashian and Hype Williams for a music video shoot in LA yesterday – but it wasn’t for his own album... it was all for Kim’s upcoming single,” TMZ reports.

The two were spotted going on set for the shoot, but they tried to evade the paparazzi and not have this out in the media by not going in together.

Even so, some details still managed to get out on what will be Kim’s first take on the music industry.

“Sources connected to the video tell us... Hype – the most famous music video director on the planet – spent hours working with Kim and Kanye during a secret closed set shoot,” TMZ has learned.

“As we previously reported, Kim is working on an entire studio album with super-producer The Dream – but it’s unclear when the world will finally get a chance to hear KK’s voice,” the same e-zine says.

Both The Dream and Vasquez are positive Kim has the voice to be a successful singer, Vasquez was telling the media a short while ago, as we also reported.

Vasquez, for one, is convinced Kim will rule the charts – and it seems Kanye too believes the same if he’s agreed to be in her video. Keep an eye on this space for more details.
