14 DAY TRIAL // It won't be long now until the marital bliss in Kim Kardashian's life comes to an end. If we're to believe the latest reports on the subject, it would seem that Kanye West is pushing his new wife to quit the reality show that has made her famous, but her mother, Kris Jenner, is fighting this tooth and nail.
The report is nothing new, but Radar claims that the war is getting more and more serious, and neither Kanye nor Kris is letting up and they are both painting Kim into a corner, since she's now forced to choose between her mother and her husband.
Kanye West wants Kim to leave KUWTK by season 10
Kanye has put a deadline on Kim's reality career: by the end of season 10 of Keeping Up with the Kardashians she will have to settle her affairs and leave the show. Kris Jenner would beg to differ because she realizes that without Kim the show would be nowhere near as entertaining.
In the next couple of months, the family is going to start filming season 10 of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, and if Kanye has anything to say about it, it's going to be the last season we'll get to see Kim appear.
“Kanye wants her to walk away,” reveals an inside source. “They will be moving into their new mansion, and Kanye doesn't want cameras in their house.” Kanye resentment towards the show, as well as his fight for intimacy, is well known and it comes into stark contrast with the lives the Kardashians are used to live.
Kris Jenner, on the other hand, wants Kim to get a pay rise from E!
On the other side of the barricade, Kris Jenner is already making big plans, considering the moment opportune for a hefty pay raise for Kim Kardashian. The momager thinks this is the perfect moment to renegotiate Kim's contract and to get more money from E!
At the moment, the rumored figures speak of something in the lines of 10 million dollars for a two-year contract, but as far as Kanye is concerned, that is two years too much. The money would be very important for Kris because she gets 10% of her children's earnings, so the final check won't be too shabby for the matriarch.
People are now curious to see which way Kim is going to lean in this conflict of interest. Of course, the fact that E! is throwing money at her is a very powerful incentive, as it is rumored that the money-hungry reality star is smacking her lips thinking about the pay rise. But she is also partial to her husband, hence the dilemma.
Kim is interested in a part-time appearance, the network not so much
