It's very (and we mean very) easy to dislike Kanye West, especially since he seems to be making no effort to be liked. However, when it comes to music, he's a genuine artist, there's no denying that.

One year after the release of the critically acclaimed album “My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy,” while he's in Cannes promoting a new project, he's released a new video.

Talk about surprising fans in the most pleasant manner possible!

The video for “Lost in the World” also features a sample from Bon Iver's “Lost in the Woods,” and you can see it above.

If we were to describe it, we'd say stunning is the best word for it. Kanye usually prefers his videos artsy, but he does tend to go overboard with it.

This doesn't happen here: “Lost in the World” is simple, convincing, atmospheric and gorgeous. Enjoy!
