The tour for “Yeezus” was a complicated and tiring affair for Kanye West. It was plagued by misfortunes, low attendance and scandal. After it was completed in December of last year, it was believed that Kanye would start work on new material. In a surprise move, Kanye has now decided to continue promoting his “Yeezus” album by adding a few more concert dates. The first date for 2014 is the day before Valentine's Day, February 13, when he'll be playing at the Bryce Jordan Center in Philadelphia.

This sudden resurrection of Yeezus (no pun intended) will see Kanye adding a total of 9 more shows to his tour, all through the month of February. Back in December, during his last performance of the show, Kanye promised his fans that he was going to refrain from making any more negative comments about anyone for the next 6 months.

During his shows, Kanye made a point out of inserting a “stream of consciousness” theme, where he ranted on issues that were bugging him at the time, like his failed deal with Adidas, his recent Grammy snub, unruly fans and the musical industry as a whole.

After next month, when “Yeezus” will be truly and completely over, Kanye is ready to set to work in the studio, having already announced that his new album will consist of just eight songs.

The rest of the tour dates are listed below:

Feb. 13 - University Park, PA - Bryce Jordan Center Feb. 14 - Baltimore, MD - Baltimore Arena Feb. 15 - Newark, NJ - Prudential Center Feb. 17 - Montreal, QC - Bell Centre Feb. 18 - Hamilton, ON - Copps Coliseum Feb. 19 - Albany, NY - Times Union Center Feb. 21 - Uncasville, CT - Mohegan Sun Arena Feb. 22 - Atlantic City, NJ - Boardwalk Hall Feb. 23 - Uniondale, NY - Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum
