For women in general, having their hair cut is a big deal. Because long hair is an essential part of being a woman in today's society, many are afraid to get their locks chopped off because they equate that with a loss of femininity. Not actress Kaley Cuoco.

Kaley has just gotten herself a pixie haircut, which is becoming all the rage these days in Hollywood, and she didn't stop to think twice about the consequences. The comedic actress chose to get the cut just days before she appeared on the cover of the September issue of Women's Health.

Though she was excited at first, Kaley soon realized, to her horror, that her new style was making her look like another famous celebrity out there, except it was a celebrity from the opposite gender.

“I was swishing my hair to the left so much, I was like, ‘Do I look like Justin Bieber?!’” Cuoco asked herself. Of course, she was referring to the young Justin, the angelic-faced one, not the douchey brat who is seen partying around the world these days and causing trouble wherever he goes.

Now, after the initial shock has worn off, Cuoco has gotten back in touch with her feminine side, and she claims that she's more than happy with the choice she made in terms of hair. “I feel liberated. It's like I needed to find myself again.”

Then she goes on to gush about just how much she loves her new hair, “It's the best decision I've ever made.” She also claims that her inspiration for her new look was taken from a certain actress from “Dawson's Creek.” “I wanted it to be my own, but my inspiration was Michelle Williams in her Louis Vuitton campaign. I loved that hair so much,” she says.

Cuoco is certainly on a roll these days, as it's just been reported that she's landed a major contract with CBS for three more season of the hit sitcom, “The Big Bang Theory,” where she plays the dumb blond to a bunch of super smart geeks.

The news was that Cuoco and two other of her male co-stars, Johnny Galecki and Jim Parsons, have managed to negotiate an astounding fee of one million dollars per episode, a sum which hasn't been seen in the industry ever since “Friends” was still running.

So, what's next for Kaley these days? Well, after her New Year's Eve marriage to tennis pro Ryan Sweeting, it looks like there's a baby on the way. The actress gushed to the magazine, “I can't wait, he can't wait. I feel like I'm meant to be a mom.”
