There may be a whole bunch of multimedia solutions on the market but, as always, there is room for more, so KWorld did not shy away from unleashing a new product of this sort, opting for a design with less embellishments than some might expect.

The thing about black and white is that, as non-colors, they can practically fit in any environment without being an eyesore.

In fact, depending on the other features of whatever item is under scrutiny, they might even enhance the aesthetic value of a room.

Knowing this, IT players have been as careful as always when developing media players and set-top boxes, and this holds true for the M210.

“KWorld Home Media Center brings more multimedia entertainment into users' living room and shares their passion, creativity and experience with their family and friends,” says the company.

The M210 is the newest media player that KWorld created and should be able to connect to to various sources of entertainment.

More specifically, for one, 10/100 Ethernet is available, meaning that content can be streamed off the Internet or the network.

Another asset is the eSATA port, that supplements the two USB 2.0 connectors, which let one plug external storage drives into the black box.

Of course, the various connectivity capabilities come in addition to its own storage space, which can vary and be provided by either a 3.5-inch or a 2.5-inch HDD (hard disk drive) or SSD (solid state drive).

As a bonus, the rack supporting one of the above sorts of drives is swappable.

All the above are packed inside a frame measuring 190 x 190 x 60 mm. The actual streaming is done via an HDMI output, although YPbPr and Composite connectivity exist as well.

Even videos in Full HD resolution (1,080p quality) should be no problem for the KWorld Computer M210. Unfortunately, no sort of pricing or availability details were provided by the press announcement.
