KToon LiveCD is a simple way to demonstrate the powers of the KToon Animation Tool Kit, without dealing with library dependencies. KToon is a 2D Animation Tool Kit designed by animators (Toonka Films) for animators, focused to the Cartoon Industry.

The KToon project is covered by the GPL License using G++, OpenGL and QT as programming resources from KDevelop as the development platform. For now, KToon is only available for Unix systems.

The LiveCD is very small, about 140 MB, and comes with some basic applications for daily use. Applications included are: Firefox, Gaim, AbiWord, Beep Media Player, MPlayer and of course the KToon 2-D Animation Tool Kit.

KToon LiveCD is powered by the XFCE window manager. KToon has also received the Softpedia Pick Award!
