KMPlayer is one of the applications that received fresh updates today, so in case you’re running it right now, make sure you check for new versions as soon as possible.

The new build comes with a wide array of improvements, some of which are aimed at Windows 8 users, so the application is now expected to run a bit smoother on the modern OS.

KMPlayer 3.8.0.117 brings support for laying J2J method modulated files and changes extended links in Windows 8 and User Account Control. It also packs a number of fixes, some of which concern the screen black out error in EVR C/A and the bookmark features.

The application continues to provide support for basically all Windows versions currently on the market, so you can download KMPlayer no matter if you’re still on Windows XP or already made the move to the new Windows 8.1 update.
