KDE 4.10 Beta 2 Is Now Available for Testing

The KDE Project announced a few minutes ago, December 4, that the second Beta release of the upcoming KDE 4.10 desktop environment is now available for download and testing.

KDE 4.10 Beta 2 is a bug fix release, which further improves the stability and the quality of the upcoming KDE 4.10 desktop environment, which will see the light of day on January 23, 2013.

KDE 4.10 will bring features like Qt Quick in Plasma Workspaces, a new screen locker, animated wallpapers, improved Zooming in Okular, faster indexing, color correction, notifications, new print manager, improved Kate text editor, KTouch, libkdegames improvements, KSudoku and KJumpingCube.

Download KDE 4.10 Beta 2 sources right now from Softpedia. Remember that this is a beta version and it should NOT be installed on production machines. It is intended for testing purposes only.

have you never used this desktop
I'm using kde 4.9 and it's very beautiful
use it, test it and after that you can critisize !!!!!!

I'm still grumpy that PAE is required by so many Distro's now. KDE is WAY better than UNITY. All in All - my prefered desktop continues to be GNOME 2
