German carrying solutions manufacturer König has recently revealed a new series of photo inserts designed to protect your gear during long trekking trips.

The new trekkBag inserts come in various sizes to make sure you can fit them in your backpack along with other personal items. Besides their default usage, the trekkBags can also be carried around as normal shoulder bags, thanks to the shoulder strap included in each package.

There are three different trekkBag sizes, each of them designed to accommodate a DSLR along with multiple lenses, including large telephoto optics.

König trekkBag1 is the smallest model from the series and was designed to fit backpacks that have a volume of 35 liters or more. The photo insert has a total volume of 12.4 liters and can accommodate a medium size DSLR camera with lens attached and two other lenses including a 70-200mm or similar optic.

The trekkBag2 is 30mm wider and higher than the previous model and comes with a storing space of 15.4 liters, making it more suitable for 45-liter backpacks or larger. This model can hold a medium-size DLSR with battery grip and telephoto zoom lens attached, two other lenses, and small accessories.

The largest König photo insert model, the trekkBag3, was especially designed for outdoor and wildlife photographers who are usually equipped with a large telephoto lens. This model is custom-designed depending on the preferences of each customer and can be fitted with backpack straps if the client requests such a feature.

The new König trekkBag photo inserts are available for purchase right away at a price of €199 / $270 for the trekkBag1, €239 / $323 for the trekkBag2, and starting with €299 / $400 for the customizable trekkBag3 model. Moreover, a custom version of trekkBag2 can also be purchased for €259 / $350.
