K-Lite Mega Codec Pack 9.9.9 Beta is now available for Windows users, bringing a few improvements to the built-in components.
As you can see for yourselves, this is nothing more than a beta version, so don’t be too surprised if you still find a glitch or two after deploying the new build.
Still, it’s supposed to address some bugs discovered in the previous beta releases, so expect a slightly improved media playback experience.
Just like the stable build, K-Lite Mega Codec Pack 9.9.9 Beta can be installed on all Windows versions that are still supported by Microsoft, including XP and 7, with both 32- and 64-bit versions being supported.
It relies on the same great feature package and includes the full K-Lite Codec Pack, as well as QuickTime and RealPlayer codecs. Media Player Classic is also part of the app.
