Finally, somebody showed up at a K-Fed concert! The estranged husband of pop star Britney Spears performed at Hollywood's House of Blues on November 22 and, surprise!, surprise!, there was not an empty seat in the entire venue.
But do not be misled: people did not come to see Kevin Federline for his amazing rapping, but because the organizers gave the tickets for free, almost forcing people on the street to take them so that they wouldn't be forced to cancel this gig too, just like they did over the past couple of weeks. That just goes to show that no one would be willing to pay money to see the washed-up rapper, but if it's for free... it doesn't hurt, does it?
After playing a couple of tracks from his debut album 'Playing With Fire' (which, may I remind you, sold only a little over 6,000 copies in its first week since the release - meaning, the number of items sold by Brit Brit
per minute with 'Oops, I Did It Again!'), K-fed showed the people in the audience that he has what it takes to make it work in the world of hip-hop: the inspiration to improvise at will.
Federline adapted one of his songs to reflect what he's going through right now, went red in the face and started screaming into the microphone: 'F**k the haters, f**k the media, f**k the paparazzi!'. Later, when a member of his entourage asked him why people hate him so much, K-Fed crowned himself with the ultimate title that could possibly be ever attached to his name: 'Maybe because I took their Queen. I am America's most hated'.
As laughable as this may seem, Federline is obviously speaking the truth... for the first time since he proudly emerged into the spotlight! The world will never forgive him for the way he treated the 'Princess of Pop' and in which he contributed to her downfall.
