We were telling you yesterday that rumors about pop artist Justin Timberlake and actress Cameron Diaz breaking up are already starting to circulate. After a three-year relationship, the couple has reportedly come to an agreement that, at the moment, it's best for both to take a break from each other.

Hollywood gossip Janet Charlton claims that Diaz was too clingy for JT's taste, especially now when he is preparing for a world tour to promote his latest album and he needs a little time on his own.

Cameron is said to be 'devastated' by the split but both stars plan to keep it a secret for the time being, as this is already a very difficult moment for them. The distance that Justin's tour will interpose between them is believed to help make things a bit easier.

On the other hand, sources say that Timberlake has already found a new lady 'friend', who might also be the one to blame for the split. Perez Hilton seems to think that the new woman on the scene may be Lauren Popeil, daughter of pasta maker and infomercial businessman Ron Popeil. Paparazzi from the same tabloid have just recently spotted the two supposed lovers getting, quote, 'quite chummy' in Hyde club from West Hollywood.
