Justin Timberlake and Cameron Diaz reached an undisclosed settlement with the two paparazzi who claimed they were harassed by the stars. Saul Lazo and Jose Gonzalez were trying to get pictures with them, when Diaz beat Lazo and took his camera and threatened them.

The incident was caught on camera by another snapper, who sold his pictures to American magazine US Weekly. After the incident Diaz and Timberlake went straight to the police and handed Lazo's camera, insisting she only took it so she could find out who the snapper was.

The photographers claim they suffered emotional distress and physical harm. Representatives for Timberlake and Diaz have yet to comment, reports Contactmusic.
