It’s not long ago that Justin Timberlake was saying that, for the time being, he was done with music because he really wanted to focus on his acting career. By the looks of the video above, he’s had a change of heart.
Justin Timberlake is making a music comeback, and he’s opted to break the news to his fans with this artsy video.
It shows him walking to the recording studio, as he explains in voiceover why he’s taken so long to record something new, getting into the booth and getting to work.
“I don’t want to put anything out that I feel like is anything I don’t love. You just don’t get that every day. You have to wait for it. … I’m ready,” Justin says.
Not trying to be mean on purpose because Justin is a solid, talented and mature artist on his own, but the video above makes him sound as if he’s
David Bowie or some other icon – or, better yet, as if he considers himself to be one such icon. It’s irksome.
Reports online say that he might be releasing a new single these days.
