14 DAY TRIAL // Jennifer Aniston has always been famous for her hair, since her “Friends” days when the entire world became fascinated with her ‘do, also known as “The Rachel.” She is now the spokesperson of Aveeno products, which, she says, fiancé Justin Theroux can’t help himself from using.
Aside from her hair, Aniston is also known for having great skin, even though she is the first to admit she loves the sun a bit too much and doesn’t always use sunscreen.
Speaking with E! News, the actress says that Justin, even though he might not look it, is the kind of guy that likes to take proper care of himself, so she always finds him going through her beauty products. Far from being upset with him for this, she actually finds it amusing especially since Justin has “gorgeous skin.”
“It’s hysterical. What product doesn’t he try to hijack? He’s good to his skin, that’s for sure. It’s always, ‘what are you using, what is that?’ It’s cute. He’s got gorgeous skin. Perfect skin,” the actress laughs.
Jennifer swears by the Daily Moisturizing Lotion from Aveeno and says that, as far as her skin regimen is concerned, she wishes she’d been more careful when she was younger.
“The sun, I feel, is like my friend I’ve had to say goodbye to. I was terrible as a kid. It was baby oil [that she rubbed on her body]… I mean, we all did it. I would love to say that I always wear sunscreen, but that would be a lie,” she adds.
Even so, at 45, Jennifer has amazing skin. She’s never made a secret of how much time she dedicates to her beauty routine, but this is perhaps the first time that she reveals that Justin is just as dedicated to looking good as she is.
Granted, he’s been photographed on a couple of occasions exiting beauty shops for men with bags full of products, but perhaps few imagined that, underneath that biker-chic exterior, was a true metrosexual.
However, Aniston’s comments seem to confirm what celebrity bloggers have been saying for months, starting with their first outing as an official couple: since he began dating Jennifer, Justin has been undergoing a very subtle makeover.
The Justin of today is slightly preener, more tanned, and obviously paying more attention to minor details that perhaps not too many men notice. He’s also been photographed wearing a tad too much makeup on the red carpet, but that can be easily chalked up to an overzealous makeup artist and doesn’t necessarily mean that he’s become that conceited about how he looks.
