Justin Bieber can stir up legal troubles only by being around people, it would seem. One of his bodyguards, Hugo Hesny, has been indicted of two felony charges after he admitted he took a camera from a paparazzo in an incident that happened outside Atlanta, last month, says Gossipcop.

The bodyguard now faces charges of robbery and entering a vehicle but has currently been freed on bond. The entire incident occurred last month, when photographer Jason Winslow was trying to get a shot of Bieber at an arcade in Atlanta. Hesny intervened and told him to stay away.

When the photographer failed to follow instructions, he claims, the bodyguard chased him down, opened the door to his car and grabbed the camera. When police arrived at the scene, Hesny denied taking the camera of the paparazzo, but it was later discovered in an SUV belonging to Bieber's entourage.

Caught red-handed, the bodyguard admitted to taking the camera, but argued that he only wanted to delete the photos with Bieber that were on it. A spokesperson for Bieber's camp has not issued an official statement on the matter as of now.

Bieber has his own legal troubles to deal with, as he's just entered a not guilty plea in a separate case in Miami. He was arrested and later released on bail for driving under the influence and with an expired license, as well as drag racing and resisting arrest.

There is a trial set up in May for this incident, but it's by far the only legal battle Justin is facing at the moment.

There is also the case of his paparazzo assault, for which he gave a lengthy deposition that made its way online and portrayed the Canadian crooner in a very unflattering light. In it, he arrogantly defies every question of the attorney, keeps repeating them, and responds with mocking remarks.

Apart from that, Justin is awaiting to see if he's going to be charged for egging his former neighbor's house in Calabasas, California. The incident took place in February, and police intervened with outstanding speed, claiming it was treating Justin as a regular person in the investigation.

A raid on his home failed to turn up damning evidence that he was indeed the man who threw eggs at his neighbor's home, causing tens of thousands of dollars in damage. Though police was keen to get a felony charge for the singer in the case, the District Attorney ruled that Justin would face a misdemeanor charge.

The D.A. reached out to Justin's camp for a settlement outside of court, that would see the singer put on probation and following an anger management course, but Bieber's lawyers turned it down.
