14 DAY TRIAL // It’s over for teen lovers Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez and, like in the case of much older celebrities, another woman got caught in the middle. As per ongoing reports, Selena broke up with Justin over a text he sent to Jasmine Villegas.
Justin and Jasmine were rumored to be an item long before he started dating Selena, back in September last year.
It seems that Justin still thought he had a chance with her, or that the relationship was worth sacrificing the one he had with Selena, if one is to believe the most recent reports.
“There’s a rumor going around online that pop star Justin Bieber and Disney starlet Selena Gomez have split. The reason? Justin was reportedly caught texing his ex-girlfriend,” StarPulse writes.
While the report is yet to be confirmed, it’s generating massive interest in the Beliebers, Justin’s fans, many of whom didn’t appreciate his romance with Selena from the start.
“His ex, Jasmine Villegas, is an up-and-coming singer who opened for Bieber’s 2010 concert tour. The 17-year-old latina bears a resemblance to Selena, don’t you think?” the aforementioned e-zine asks.
“We’re not sure if the rumor is true, particularly since Bieber was spotted wearing a Selena Gomez t-shirt at her Boca Raton concert in Florida last week. During Selena’s performance she sat on a chest with her boyfriend's pictures plastered all over it,” StarPulse adds.
Moreover, the two were spotted just a couple of days ago working on their tans by the pool and, useless to say, they seemed pretty much together.
Then again, young love has a tendency to be more impetuous, so no one can tell for certain if Selena really didn’t break up from Justin over a text message.
