14 DAY TRIAL // Us mortals might never get the chance to carpool to work with Justin Bieber, but comedian James Corden isn’t exactly one of us. The late talk show host did another episode of his popular Carpool Karaoke segment for last night’s show, and had none other than pop star Justin Bieber as guest.
Compared to other shows from the series, this was less about the singing and more about chatting, with Corden trying to get as many personal details on Justin as possible.
There was some singing too, but I don’t think it counts since 2 of those songs were among Justin’s biggest hits.
On the bright side, the episode does offer some interesting and total random pieces of information. For instance, Justin is into yelling “I love you” at strangers in the street, and he never wears a pair of underwear twice. Thanks to his contract with Calvin Klein, which supplied him with countless pairs, he can afford to wear one and throw it away.
He doesn’t listen to his own music when he makes love and he might be (or not) saving himself for marriage. That last part is obviously a joke.
Justin listens to R&B music when he drives and he thinks James’ style is pretty swag. That too is a joke.
