During his concert in Argentina, Justin Bieber accidentally mopped the floor with the national flag after someone threw it on stage at his feet. He’s already apologized for it on Twitter, saying he never meant any disrespect.

You can see video of the incident below. Several items are thrown at The Biebs, landing at his feet and, clearly wanting them off stage, he’s using his microphone stand as a mop to remove them.

On Twitter, Justin explains that he’s so accustomed to having fans throw T-shirts or lingerie items at him that he never imagined someone would actually throw a flag at his feet.

Point well made, sir.

“people throw stuff on my stage all show and i get it to the stage hands to get off so no one got hurt. that video i saw a bra and thought it was a shirt. Im being told by my team it was a shirt but even if it was a flag I would never do anything to disrespect Argentina or the people of Argentina or the fans,” he says.

“Im so sorry for anyone who took my actions the wrong way and I hope you can forgive this mistake so once again to the people of Argentina. Im sorry if that was taken the wrong way and im sorry for my mistake. I hope u can accept this ..and I loved my time there performing for you and look forward to coming back. I gave my all and I know the fans did there too. te amo,” Justin adds.

In the video, you can’t tell whether that is a flag or a shirt or a shirt with a flag on it at his feet. However, Justin probably deserves the benefit of the doubt on this one: he might be a lot of things (both bad and good) but he’d never do something like this that would upset his fans.

Justin has nothing without his army of Beliebers and he knows that well enough.
