Justin Bieber is set to prove he's not the father of Mariah Yeater's baby. In response to claims the 20-year-old fan made last week that The Biebs fathered her son, he will take a paternity test to prove she's a liar. TMZ reports that Justin's attorneys have already reached out to Yeater's legal representatives, letting them know that he will undertake DNA testing as soon as possible.
However, that will not happen for another two weeks, since Justin is now in Europe. And there's a catch, says the aforementioned e-zine.
Once the test proves that he is not the father of the 3-month child, he will take Yeater to court for spreading lies about him.
“Justin Bieber will take a DNA test in two weeks when he returns to the United States to prove he is not Mariah Yeater's baby daddy – and after that, Justin and his team are
going after her in court,” TMZ reports.
In doing so, Justin hopes to put an end to the scandal that has been getting so many headlines for a few days now, one that threatens to soil his reputation by making false claims about his personal life.
“Our sources say Justin's lawyer, Howard Weitzman, contacted Yeater's attorneys Friday and conveyed the DNA test WILL happen. We're told Justin and his team are so serious, they directed Weitzman to find a lab to do the test and Weitzman has already selected one,” TMZ reports.
“Once the test shows Justin is not the daddy, Justin and his team will sue her. We're told Yeater's lawyers appeared 'nervous' when they heard the news. This may explain why Yeater's lawyers went underground yesterday and did not return TMZ's calls,” adds the e-zine.

informed you at the time, Yeater claims she and Justin had relations just once, last year, after one of his concerts.
She says it was Justin's first time and that it was he who insisted they didn't use protection. As it happens, some months ago, Yeater tried to pull the same stunt on one of her ex's, saying he was the fasther of the child – the same child she says now is Justin's.
